The beauty of Pilates is that it works for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

It’s a full-body, low-impact conditioning system that can be practiced on a mat as well as on a wide variety of equipment that employs a variety of resistance springs.

By working the entire body evenly and focusing on alignment, precision, and controlled movements, your muscles will develop uniformly. This helps correct imbalances, improve posture, and prevent injury.

These fun, variable classes will challenge you to build your core strength, muscle tone, balance, and flexibility using a variety of props, including the magic circle, foam rollers, TheraBands, stability discs, balls, blocks, straps, and light hand weights. All classes are tailored to meet your needs and match your ability.

Private Sessions are a wonderful way to experience Pilates. 1-hour sessions are tailored to fit your needs and abilities, ensuring the best possible workout. Any and all Pilates equipment, as well as matwork, may be incorporated.

PRICING

$75 – 1 Hour Session

Private sessions are now handled monthly. Clients may pay for the month in advance. Sessions are priced per session; packages are not currently offered.

Using specialized equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, WundaChair, and more, you’ll develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability all at the same time. Get a low-impact total body workout emphasizing all your important 'core' muscles in each move that you do.

PRICING

$45 per person / with 2 to 4 people

Monthly Small Group Pilates Rate
$40 per class when paid in full at the beginning of the month

Example: if you attend a regular session on Tuesdays at 9:00 am, you may reserve your reformer by paying for all four Tuesday sessions at the start of the month. Each session is $40. Missed sessions are non-refundable and forfeited.
